3. Package: Our pumps are securely packed in durable plywood cases, suitable for ocean transport.

4. On-sales Service: We provide transparency throughout your order process. We will
share photos or videos to keep you updated on our production status and progress.

5. Quality: Our pumps undergo rigorous testing before delivery. We conduct follow-ups every three months post-installation. If spare parts are needed, we can dispatch them within 1 or 2 weeks.
